    Light headedness
Every time I get up from sitting down for a while, my head feels light and I can't focus on anything (sightwise)

What is this a cause of??

    It's called orthostatic hypotension.

What is your blood pressure like? Do you take any meds?

I forgot to mention, I have very low blood pressure... I think it's around 70... I don't know the ins and outs of blood pressure.. and I just remember my doc telling me it's low.

no... I had and still have a impacted faeces ( I didn't go properly for several months) they thought that the colonic may perforate the wall of my intestine because it's so stretched

And the low blood pressure would certainly concern me.

    KISS

Blood pressure has two numbers. Systolic over dylostic (spelling?) . Normal is about 120/80. You need to know both. Fluids will help raise BP. The upper is when the heart is pushig forward and the lower is the slosh back when it's operating against the valves in the arteries.

Hey, while we are at it. Is BP in absolute pressure or gage pressure? Seems like it would be absolute pressure which would translate to about 30 PSI which is about the pressure in a tire, but in gauge pressure. 30 PSI above atmospheric pressure of about 14.7 PSI.
