    Pregnant & scared
Hi Everyone! Well I'm apparently pregnant now & I'm happy for that news but also scared... why? Well because about 4 months ago I had a misscariage I was about 5 or 6 weeks. I'm now I think like a month pregnant but I'm just wondering if I might misscary again since I did once? I have small little cramps on and off but not painfull... is that normal? I'm also wondering something... I didn't know I was pregnant & got on a roller coaster... bad bad... I know but I'm guessing I was only a week pregnant when I did can that be harmfull? Anyway I'm praying my baby is safe & everything goes OK. I hope someone could help Me on this... thank you!

    Hello Lizzie,

Have you gone to see a doctor yet, please?

The first thing you should know, is that all pregnancies are different.. What one woman may go through another may not.

My advice to you is to make an appointment, if you haven't already with an OBGYN and explain everything to him/her like you did us. They will be able to help you get started with a more healthy regime. Also explain the cramping and your unfortunate loss. He/she will have a better understanding of what's going on, and put your mind at ease. Try not to worry so much.. Good luck.

First of all you need to get a book called "What to Expect When You're Expecting". For every question you have this book will answer it. Many women have miscarried and gone on to have a normal pregnancy. I was one of them and it does scare you every time you have a pain. Your uterus is expanding right now and changing which is why you are having the cramps. Some spotting at the beginning is sometimes normal too when the egg implants. Look in thrift stores for the book or ask friends who have been pregnant. It is a very common book. Good Luck.
