    No signal to monitor
    HI,
My computer decided to reboot its self last night and when it came back up there was no signal to the monitor. OK - lets check the monitor. I plugged it in to the laptop and all worked well indicating a healthy monitor and lead. Must be the graphics card. Bought a new one - same problem. No signal when I boot. All fans are working, hdd's spinning up.
I'm stuck now. My monitor is an Archer 17" TFT and my system is custom built with an Athlon processor running Win xp pro

    Any help much appreciated

    Thanks

OK - someone suggested the power supply is on the blink which causes a general reduction in the amount of voltage on the motherboard.
I will try a new one and post findings
