Bathroom Exhaust fan keeps on running, even after removing timer switch
Bathroom fan kept on running, timer switch didn't make any difference.

    This is what I did.

    1) Turned the power off from the circuit borad.
    2) Removed the timer switch, had Black and Red wire, taped them
    3) Turned the power on from the main
    4) Fan started and didn't stop.
Let me know, how to fix this.

May be there is another switch somewhere.

    Thanks!

Maybe there is another switch somewhere. Maybe the timer switch wasn't connected to the fan in the first place, since it made no difference. You didn't tape any wires toether, did you?

Sometimes people will wire the fan directly to the light circuit to make sure people at least use the fan. (Typically rental accomocdation where thelandlord is trying to prevent moisture buildup.) Have you turned off the light switch?
