My name is Mr. Jones and I live in Illinois. I have three children (8,9,& 10) I was wondering when and how I could file for termination of parental rights. We have not had any contact with the children's mother for about 3 years now. We went to court and I am the primary parent, but we have not seen or heard from her since court. Is their any one out their that can help a tired father please!

What do you think you will gain by terminating her rights? She's disappeared, is not a part of your life, so what is there to gain?
