I'm 15 and I noticed it a few nights ago. Ive never had sex. Its formed right over a red, vein like line at the left hand side of my penis. Its at the top. Its white, but has no head at all. I tried to "pop" it but it hurt a lot. I'm quite worried, but I want to hear some thoughts on what it could be, whether it will go away soon or if I should go to a doctor. The lump is caused by masturbating, richyx, it will go away in time.

If you stopped masturbating then, yes, it would go away in a couple of weeks. As long as you are masturbating you will have them but they are no big deal so don't worry about them when you see them. Just don't try and squeeze them. They are not filled with any kind of infection, but if you break the skin trying to get rid of it, that is not the best thing to do because then you are opening yourself up for a really big sore.
