I want to marry my Dream Girl
I am in Love with a girl.. we were in a relation for almost 7 yrs (now its almost 2 yrs after break up)... due to my busy life I was not able to give her time and slowly lost contact.. Now I have good job and reputation.. And I can give everything to her.. She said yes to a Boy and later left him.. Now she is not having any affair.. When we were together we have decided to marry.. Our ultimate aim was our final union by marriage.. We have a common family friend uncle who was ready to assist us.. he will assist us now also(I have talked to him).. but the problem is the girl is now not talking to me.. she hardly picks my call.. One time she picked and blamed me for the break up and said she is not interested in relation.. I want to know whether I should try more or not? Should I approach her parents through our Uncle and parents or not?

I know this will take long time to read.. I am sorry for that.. Thank u for taking your time out to read this.

Waiting for all your guidance and opinions :)

Having an uncle approach her parents makes me think this is an arranged marriage in the works, or was an arrangement between the families?

If I understand the tradition properly, and the parents of both you and her agree to the marriage, there is a lot of pressure on her to comply.

If that is the case, do you really want to be married to someone who doesn't want to be married to you? I think she's made it very clear she is no longer interested.

If this is not a situation which involves decisions by both families, then my advice is the same. She's made it clear she is no longer interested.

Either way, it is a tough break for you, being lead to believe that she was into planning a future with you. While you may be hurting now, you will eventually realize that it was not meant to be, and you will find someone again to fall in love with.

    Good luck.

Eager, I am afraid it has taken too long for you to become financially stable.

Many women, particularly modern women wherever they are, want to be a part of the climb as well as to live at the pinnacle. Many many men do not understand this, thinking that financial prosperity and an upstanding reputation need to come first.

This is very sad, but I do not think you will be able to re-kindle your relationship.

If she's not interested in being in a relationship with you, then I think that's your answer. Why waste your time pining after someone that does not want you?

If you are successful and financially stable then find a woman that wants you. You have a lot to offer - offer it to someone that is available.

Your dream girl is out there - she's just not the one you thought she was!
