I am a Landlord and cannot find one page in Tenant's lease. May need to submit the lease to my attorney for a Court hearing. My tenant more than likely has a complete duplicate original. Where do I stand as Landlord?

You're OK. If they violated your lease, they probably violated state law too. If you can prove the violation, you probably don't need your lease.
