I have a 1998 Dodge Grand Caravan minivan that is now on its 5th radiator and about to get a 6th. Anyone know what's with these junkers? Made of cardboard? Anyone else having this problem? THANKS.

I hope that whatever warranty the first replacement radiator had, covers the new replacement radiators; but I'll bet that it does not cover the labor for the change out, or your agravation. I imagine that the radiator has the plastic side tanks, and the leaks are at the sides rather than the core itself. You could check the aftermarket to see if they make an all aluminum replacement which should be much more sturdy, but would probably be double the cost of the original.
