No payment receipt from Almeda University
    Hi all,

I applied for Almeda university and I got the approval, they sent me a link to process the payment, once I submitted the payment I got a message saying "thank you, your form data has been successfully received. we will contact u within 2 hours (business day)". But they didn't send any receipt to my email, is that normal??

A follow up phone call may be in order.

They possibly get a lot of emails.

    Look for a written receipt.

But don't you think that the payment should be processed atomically and an auto generated email should be received?

    Yes,but it has not!

    Check your spam.

There's no harm in a phone call.

I wouldn't hold much hope of contacting them, they seem to be another diploma mill: Almeda University - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I'm surprised they didn't cash your cheque immediately.

Some news, I called up.. they picked up and I was told that I will receive something soon, that was because of the bunch of email they have.

Good luck! If your plan is to use that degree for job applications be prepared for mixed results on its acceptance.
