    L1B to Green Card
    Hi,

Can anyone tell me how long does it take to get the green card if I apply through L1A visa.

    Thanks.

Most L-1A's will qualify for the EB-1(3) multinational executive immigrant visa classification. The I-140 and I-485 are usually filed concurrently. Currently taking about 4 months for processing.

Please note this is for an L-1A, not the L-1B as you noted in your title. Most L-1B's are under the EB-3(2) category and require labor certification, at least several more years including the priority date backlog.

Discuss with your HR and company attorney. I advise you to consult your own immigration attorney. Very good ones in CA are Fragomen and BAL.
