    Temperature with acid/alkaline
Which temperature does acid/alkaline reacts best? In cold or hot temperature?
    Possible to tell me why?

Most chemical reactions occur more rapidly at higher temperatures. Having said that, acids and bases (alkalies) react so quickly that I don't think you could measure any difference in most cases. Some substances would be more soluble in hot water than in cold, and that might help the reaction.
