I have been dry humping a lot with my girlfriend wit occasional semi penetration. Today whilst I was washing under my foreskin, I felt a sharp stinging pain. Upon carefuly examing my penis I found that I have a tiny red sore. What I need to understand is that could this be an STI? My girl and I have been faithful to each other I trust her a lot and I only see her. We are both HIV negative, we went for testing last Thursday. Please help,what could this sore mean. can I rule out the posibility of an sti. Other than seeing a doctor, what should I do because here doctors are the last resort, they are expensive.

There is only one way to be sure, Nzou, go to your doctor and be tested for STDs.

Ah come on, that's one thing I want to avoid. Is there anything else other than an sti that may be the cause of the sore. It's a tiny sore that I'm totally unaware of now unless I touch it deliberately

Sounds rough, mate apply a healing cream to it, you may have just rubbed the sensitive skin off it... However if it carriers on and/or starts to hurt while urinating etc... you will have to see a Dr... Sorry it cost so much in your enad of the world!

Any sore on the penis that has the 'sensitive skin rubbed off it' is not good, and needs attention from a doctor. Possibly as I said, testing for STDs.

There are tons of things it could be, but we can only guess. Do you want to risk your life on a guess?

I'm sorry, but a doctor is really your only option, unless you want to wait and hope, which could mean something much more serious then a doctors bill.

Well if you won't go to the doctor, do what most guys do and wait it out and see if it gets worse. If it does, I got bad news for you, if it doesn't, then it probably was a skin abrasion from the friction of humping.

Sore was there in the morning then it disappeared by the end of the day. Up to now there hasn't been anythng. Is there any sti that's like that? Sore apears and disapears or I'm just being paranoid.

An STD that lasts a day? It's doubtful. If it didn't burn, itch, and if you wouldn't have noticed it unless you actually saw it, you most likely had an abrasion.

Bear in mind that's it's much more difficult for a man to get an STD over a woman for obvious reasons. This is the kind of stuff they don't tell you in sex-ed because they want you to be careful 100% of the time.

My penis has been occasionally ichy for sm tym. But its been like that even before I started playing with any girl. So I've been dismising the ichyness as normal.
