I just bought a 42" sanyo lcd and hooked up to hd. All my reds are too red or fuscia and purples are deep. Can't seem to adjust. Could I have something wrong with TV?

How did you hook it up? If you used a component analogue video cable set, one of the cables may be faulty and you're only getting two colours through to the TV.
