Is it OK to reduce 1 inch well line AFTER it passes through the pressure tank to 3/4?

Once inside your home it is common for supply lines to be less than 1". Many are 3/4 and quite a few to sinks and toilets may be 1/2"

In my area we run 1" from the meter to the house where it'd reduced down to a 3/4" main. We then branch off the main with 1/2" branches with no more then three fixtures on a 1/2" branch. Good luck, Tom
