Hi, I am three days late for my period which is very un like me but I have done a pregnancy test and it is negative, now I am worried that something else might be wrong? Any advice would be gratefully received.

Periods can be late for no good reason at all.

Take another HPT in a few days using first morning urine. If its still negative, call your doctor once your period is 2 weeks late. If it turns out you're pregnant, call for a prenatal exam.
