I am trying to renew a US passport for a friend that is Indian. I have the paperwork completed, and I need to find out the correct address to send it to. I have lost the website that I originally used. Any help with this matter would be greatly apprecited. Thank you

You can't apply for passport for someone else unless that person is your child and you have sole custody.

If your friend is in India or other countries, he/she needs to contact the nearest US consulate.
