Me and my wife are having problems and she all of a sudden just left the house with her grandma who was living with us and took the kids. She won't tell me where she is at, and only calls me every once in a while the kids tell me they miss me and want to see me but she tells them no. She also got a new phone but she has it as restricted. I went and filled for divorce but I don't know what to do to see my kids while they give us court dates and I wait for her response.

File for an emergency visitation order - immediately.

If she won't tell you where the kids are, have your lawyer contact the court about having her arrested for parental kidnapping.

Second, the first thing you need to do is establish your rights to visitation. File for an ex parte hearing in Family Court for a visitation schedule.

The next time she calls you, you tell her that you have obtained this order. Unless she abides by this order she will be in trouble with the court and may be found guilty of parental kidnapping. Tell her you don't want it to go that far, but if she is keeping your children from you, she will be giving you no choice. If she defies the order, then you need to get it enforced.
