    Sued by Apothaker & Associates
Hello and thank you taking the time to answer my question.

I have been sued by Apothaker & Associates for a capital one credit card bill.
Apothaker sent a copy of the credit card bill dates from late Dec 2004 - Jan 2005.

I filed a written appearecne but received a default judgement because I did not have a defense with the written appearance as I did not know it should be.

I am in the processes of waitign to hear back from the courts on an open judgement, I have a request to open judgement and am waiting on a date to meet with the Judge.

I also just received a letter from apothaker (motion for aterigation or something like that) asking if I own a home or car etc.

At this point what are my options? If I am granted to motion to open judgement do I have a changce, What would it cost to get a real attorney involved. Are there any recommended for this type of situation.

The SOL in PA is 4 years, This debt seems older than that as I mentioned the bill had a date of 2004 early 2005 on it.

    Thanks,
