Replacing GE Honeywell Weathertron and Replacing with Hunter Model 44860
I need help... I am having furnace problems and I'm hoping changing the thermostat may help. But the Hunter wire diagram letters do not match that on the Honeywell. The letters on the Honeywell are R, T, O, G, Y, X2, B AND W. The wires on the Hunter are RC/R.C.Y1, Y2,W2,L,E,O,B,G.

Do not change the thermostat until you fix the furnace problem. All you will do is compound the issue. It is very rare that a thermostat causes a problem.
