Grounds for Annulment of Marriage in the Philippines | Philippine Law Firm
I'm still looking for actual laws but here's a link you might want to check out. Do you actually have grounds for an annulment? According to this site, it sounds like you may not, if your reasoning is just that you're in love with someone else.

Falling in love with someone else is not grounds for divorce in the Philippines - or anywhere else.

You need to speak to an Attorney.

Do you have grounds for an annulment? An Attorney can also tell you that. The leading ground is fraud. Did your husband (or you for that matter) commit fraud?

It depends on your money and how good your is your lawyer. The usual ground of annulment in the Philippines is "Psychological Incapacity" (vague and consists a lot of meanings- hire an excellent lawyer and make most out of that ground.

Hire actress Aiko Melendez's lawyer because she's so lucky to get an annulment twice.
