I have a broken toilet flange that is set in a concrete floor. 30+ years old. The outside metal ring is cracked and will not hold mounting bolts for toilet. Any way to repair without cut the concrete floor to remove flange?
Thanks!

Hi Lakehelp...
Is this connected to PVC or ABS plastic or is this cast iron or copper metal pipes..?
Let me know...
MARK
Cast iron pipe
You can install a repair flange kit made for this situation http://www.idealtruevalue.com/servlet/the-55347/Detail or remove the remaining pieces and install a twist-n-set repair flange http://www.hardwareandtools.com/invt/u507795
Thanks for the great suggestion
