My husbands course if for 6 months, which will be starting this January, Can I apply for depedant visa for 6 months.. will I get it? I've heard that to get an dependent visa the course duration should be more than 6 months.

Any help would be appreciated!

If we're talking about UK visa, NO, to apply for dependent visa, your spouse must have at least 12 months visa.

I have a another concern.

My husband had applied for HSMP UK visa through a soliciter... we were informed that it could take 15 to 20 days.. but it got approved and we received it within 4 days after... thats why we are a little concerned.. if its true or not... we would just like to know if there is any way to find if this is true Visa and not fake... just want to know how do I verify this.
