    Here are a couple

    Magic DVD Ripper - rip DVD to hard drive or blank DVD

    AoA DVD Ripper, Convert DVD to AVI, DVD to iPod MP4

    Run as admin

    I normally use DVDShrink, if it fails, CloneDVD, it that fails, AnyDVD
