    Do I need a lawyer for these violations not to be on my record in denton county jp court?

    1. possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia mar. pipe
    2. speeding 10 % above posted speed limi(#). Laser

    Driving violations go on your DMV record, not your criminal record.

    Yes where possession is concerned.

    YES you need a lawyer for the drug charge. Screw the speeding thing. It ain't going to hurt you for the rest of your life like the drug charge will.
