Recently my ex which was my 'first love' has been talking about how he wants us too be together and still loves me, we were together for nearly two years, but troubles with him and his problems at home made us grow apart and he moved away. But I can't stop thinking about him, I want to be with him so much still, and so does he. The guy I am with at the moment does not pay interest in me, I think maybe I am only with him because I want too feel close to someone. But my ex was the one for me its so sad that it ended. Do you think I should get back with him and give it another shot? Please any one answer! X

If your current relationship isn't healthy, then I would consider getting back together with your ex. BUT on one condition- you guys BOTH take your relationship more seriously. I'm going to pre-maritial counseling with my fiancé and we get a lot of advice on how to work out problems, etc. Your ex should talk to someone older than him about any problems that occurred in your past relationship and you guys should try to resolve them. It could be best for you too, if you find a woman older than you, just to share your feelings with, and to gain advice from. If you attend a church, meeting with the pastor and/or his wife could be helpfull- and they may even offer counseling for you two, seperatly and together. Don't be ashamed to go to counseling either- me and my fiancé have a pretty healthy relationship but we have our fights, and counseling definitely helps a relationship- especially when you're in your kind of a situation.

I'm wondering if you got your pregnancy issue sorted out?

Your only 17,and you were with your great love for 2 years,so you were 14 or 15,giving some time to be with your current boyfriend.

I suggest you take a break from boyfriends for a little while and concentrate on yourself...

I was with my ex last year it ended just before christmas

OK, how about your pregnancy issue,do you think perhaps it might be wise to find out if your pregnant or not before embarking on another relationship?

Yes it would be a wise idea, I really don't think I am but there is something telling me that I am. I really hope I'm not. I need to get a test but like I said my period has been late a few times now so that is why I am leaving it

Take the test,and one problem at a time..

If your not you can work on if you want to break up with your current boyfriend and pursue your ex..

It's a lot to take on either way,and a lot of worry.

Find out if your pregnant by the guy your with at the moment before doing anything.

So your having sex with one guy, but talking about getting together with an ex. How dishonest is that?

You will never stop thinking about him as long as your talking to him. Yes its very confusing having two loves tugging at your heart. Especially with one that the relationship failed already, and the other one is failing, AND you may be pregnant?
