I am 39 weeks pregnant today, I had my last appointment with my doc before they induce me Sunday, on Monday and I was 2cm dialated and 70% effaced today I am having horrible lower back pain that is not coming in patterns its consistent but gets stronger if I stand or move around it feels kind of like I am wearing a belt of pain, and I have this nervy feeling pain in my crouch and inside of my thighs, I'm just wondering because I'm not having contractions and my water has not broke if this pain is enough to send me to the hospital, I just don't want to be embarrassed and sent home, I am getting induced on Sunday if she doesn't come before , the doc said he is not sure I will mak it to then, I just want to know whati should do

Oh you and a ton of pressure in my hips

Your water does not have to break ,sometimes they have to do it in the hospital.
It sounds like you are in labor.Specifically,back labor.
I would get to the hospital.
