    Removing my felony
Is there any way to remove an 11 yr old felony conviction so that I can get a better job? I am qualified but as soon as this felony comes up the hiring stops. Please help/

In Tx. After 10 yr. you can get what's called expungment need a lawyer (im not ) or the time to go to your local law library to find procedure and forms. Do it If you only have one felony and no trouble wiith the law in ten years. I would if I could. :)

Idk if the law was different when you were convicted from what I read you can get a order of non-disclosure if adjudication was with held, expungment is only for class c misdemeanors in Tx. Maybe you can get your conviction sit aside.

    Hello a:

If your state has provisiona for expungement, apply for it. If not, apply for a pardon. You're going to need an attorney.
