I am serving 5 years probation. I'm 2 and a half years in and never been in trouble all my tabs are up to late never been a problem. I decide to go on a cruise with my fiancée to the bahamas and totally forgot to call and ask permission, and now my PO wants to violated me I would like to know how much jail time can I get.This is my first violation and my first time on probation the charge was grand theft.

Since you "forgot" to ask for permission you could be facing up to the entire original sentence in jail. Your PO will violate you so be prepared for that. There is no excuse for not getting prior permission to leave the state let alone leave the country.
