You are your one and only in the world, people come and go. You only get one life, if you are rock bottom things can only get better.

You need to get professional help for your depression ASAP.

When we have been badly hurt, its sometimes easier to get swallowed up by those negative feelings, then to find the energy to do something about it.

I would strongly suggest to seek professional help to help you come to terms with the breakup.

Your doctor or local citizians advice may be able to give you some contact numbers as a starting point.

How old are you, if you don't mind me asking?

NEVER hurt yourself over something like this, or anything for that matter. Seriously, life ain't always beautiful.

You need to pick yourself up & get busy!

Sitting around and wallowing in the past... you're only hurting yourself. Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem, and I guarantee you that the girl you're wanting to die for isn't worth it.

Not only do you need to get professional help dealing with your suicidal thoughts and feelings of worthlessness, but you need to find a hobby or some sort activity that you enjoy and learn how to incorporate fun and other individuals back into your life!

    Good luck!

There is so much to live for. Just check out this list of things to do after a break up: https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/relati...kup-78597.html

I would add, try to spend more time with friends and family.

You're single now. There's 6 billion people in the world. How many of them have you met? Don't let 1 out of 6 billion bring you down.

Start with seeing a doctor, and then let him help you.
