    Can I have supervised meetings for my children and their father for now
    My ex husband will be coming home from his last tour in Iraq, is there anyway I can have supervised visits with them first and then when I can see his is well and they feel good with him, I wanted to put in he could take them afyer that, Just for a few months..

    OS he does have ptsd and all that I really just want everyone to be comfy:confused:

    If the current custody and visitation order does not require them you will have to go back to court and have it modified.

    Unless you can provide some solid evidence why they might be required (your reasons so far are not solid) the court will reject your hearing. The fact that he is a returning soldier is not going to work in your favor.
