    Hello there,
    I was wondering if I could file child abondment against my sons father and how that works..

    Also. I am divorced and I am getting re married and was wondering if for both children's name if I leave his born legal name how would e hypen it to my new husban's last name? Is there a way.

    First, did your son's father leave him at a bus stop or walmart all alone? If so yes you can have him charged with abandonment. If not, then no. Second in order to have your children's names changed their step father would have to adopt them so if that is what you are wanting then get married stay married for at least a year (what most states require) ask the father(s) if they will allow it and hire an attorney to draw up the papers.
