    How to break a lease in Fl?
    Good day
    I'm a Florida resident and I signed the lease few months ago. I started to work back to the company who laid me off few months ago; now they will close operations in orlando and moving to the corporate building in sc. They offered me the position I'm holding and tranfering me to out the state;

    Is there a buy out or terms to break the lease within the lease.
    But basically you don't, in fact Florida is about the worst state to break a lease in. The Landlord there does not even have to try to rent the property merely expect you to keep paying.

    So you need to read your terms closely and after that go talk to your landlord as to what terms they would accept
