I'm sorry - the dog and boyfriend are intact?

    Is that what you said?

Take the dog to the Vet and see if there is a physical problem. As far as the boyfriend, I have no idea.

Has he had a vet check recently?

He could have a Urinary Tract Infection or it could be due to his age.

Some dogs as they get older just can't control their bladder.
Others well... they just tend to get 'lazy' with their toilet training.

Does he go in any specific spots?
Not just in a certain room but in a certain corner or place?
Using baking foil can be a great tool if he is constantly doing it in the one place... you just wrap it loosely around the object or lay it on the floor and when they go to pee it makes a horrible noise and deters them.

Sorry for all the questions but another thing is does he do it in his sleep or when he's relaxed or does he actually squat or lift his leg?

I didn't notice that, too funny!

I enjoy a good laugh as much as anybody - usually on myself by the way - but I found this line of conversation at best unusual on a Q/A board.
