I'm currently on probation in nj I recently came to virigina for 12 hours an went bac to nj without permission will I get in trouble if she finds out. But when I was here I was at burger king an a male worker was having a bad day he spilled all my soda on me then I poured the rest on him he is signing a complaint on me what will happen

Hello gods:

If you DIDN'T do something that would INSURE she'd find out, then I'd say you're cool. But, you DID.

So, I don't know what she'll do. I imagine she'll violate you. The judge probably won't like what you did, and might put you in the clink for a while. I don't know what you did, or how long you've been on probation. So, I'm just guessing...

Then, of course, you're going to have to get permission to go BACK to face the new charges, or there'll be a warrant out and you'll get arrested.

Yeah, I think you'll get in trouble.
