I doubt that your daughter hates you. Did you do something that may have caused problems in your relationship with her? I'm only 19, but I moved out of the house the day after my 18th birthday because of abuse, and problems with my parents, so I could know what's going on inside your daughter's head to a point =) but did you do something to her that could've caused you two to become distant?

    Hi lenzy,
Well I'm 18 and when I was 15, it was probably the toughest time I had growing up.. I understand why your daughters being like that cause that was me just 3 years ago..
I mean everyone's different so I don't know your daughters reason but mine was stress from friends and school, and I hated when my mother would try talking to me. I don't know why it is, I know you want to understand what's happening with your daughter, you should sit her down and tell her to be honest with you and that you'll support her no matter what it is, cause maybe she's scared to tell you so she doesn't get in trouble.
If she doesn't want to talk to you, then just leave her to herself until she passes that stage.
She doesn't hate you, all teens go through that stage and its usually around that age.
    Hope I helped a little.
