I saw it when I was a kid. And I've been looking ever since. Its similar to the Wizard of Oz I think. It's about a girl who I think like falls asleep in a car or gets knocked out? Anyway she dreams about this fantasy land with a lady who lives in a shoe and a bunch friendly people. But there's like an evil bad guy whose trying to take over the town. And for some reason I remember the bad guys being like black bird men? I really don't remember much I think I was like 4 when I saw it but its been bothering me for so long. Any help would be great.

It's Babes in Toyland. I still have it on VHS and I actually watched it a few months ago. It stars Drew Barrymore and Keanu Reeves. Great children's movie!!
