My 3 yr old daughter was diagnosed with mersa because my ex has left her in soiled pull ups(she refuses to try potty training) to the point of blisters all over her bottom. She bounces her from man's house to man's house depending on who she's sleeping with at the time. She's pregnant with her 3rd child by a 3rd man, living in a run down trialer park with a man(not the father of any children) She has full custody because her mom helped her get an attorney the first time around. I still can't afford thousands of dollars to hire a lawyer to fight for custody, but my child is in an unsafe environment five days out of the week. What can I do to keep my daughter with me full time?

File a Petition for custody. You don't need an Attorney. State that your "ex" is a danger to the child. Bring proof of the cause of MRSA.

Bring proof of your other complaints about her.

A Judge will evaluate all of the parties and make a decision that is in the best interest of the child.
