    After start low power, 1500 max rpm until warm up approx. 2min. After warm up run great.

    Ensure the glow plugs and glow plug relay are operating properly. Make sure the oil and filter have been recently changed and that the oil is filled to "FULL." This affects fuel pressure of PSDs.
