$195K is beyond small claims court. Do you know where the assets are? Was the judgment against an indivdual or company?

Against individual, don't know where assets are, banks, personal property,
Want to put bank levy and wage garnishment, works for a company and owns own business
House he just bought is 500,000.00 don't know how much equity is in it

Do you know where he works? Then you file for a garnishment. If he is listed as an owner of the house, then you can place a lien on it. But that only prevents him from selling the house without paying the lien and your lien will be subservient to any lender's liens.

If you don't know where he banks you can try attaching those assets. If he own his own business, those assets are probably protected.
