Hi all.. my sister in law and brother in law live in another state. My sister in law is here visiting, and would like to leave our niece with us for awhile. We want to have temp custody of her. How do we go about getting temp custody of her. We don't have much time before my sister in law has to leave. Thanks

Go to your local Family Court. There will probably be a few forms, perhaps available online (they are for my county in FL) and a minor fee.
