    Drain tile
I've been sceptical about whether or not these guys have installed this platic barrier backwards.?

I don't know anything about this, but I was just looking at it and thought the cloth side against the foundation would allow it to breath. They have put the plastic right up against it.

    Is it installed correct?

    Thank you.

I would say that the filter cloth is intended to keep dirt out of the drain (while still allowing water to pass through) and therefore the cloth should go away from the foundation, as it appears they have done.
