Hot water taking long to heat up in shower
About 2 months ago, the hot water in the master shower started to take a long time to heat up in the morning- about 2 minutes. The shower in the hall still takes only a short time like always. Do you have any suggestions as to why this is happening. We do not have a hot water recirculation system.

How is the hot water in the other sinks, most people with bigger house have problem with hot water, the best solution is to install a water heater recirculation system, Thanks.

Do you run out of hot water earlier the usual or does it simply take longer to get there? How about the lavatory hot faucet? Does it take a long time also? Back to you, Tom

This may also be due to changes in weather. Once it gets colder outside, it takes longer for hot water to arrive.

To speed it up: remove flow restrictor from shower head.
