Can someone find out if someone one is a snitch?

CI's are supposed to be confidential. Chances are not good you could find this information out unless you are privy to confidential police matters or police files.

Maybe, but it depends on the situation... For example, if someone is an informant for the cops and it was their sworn statement that the cops used to get a search warrant, that statement is available to the defense...

But, there are other circumstances where you couldn't find out...
