I cannot get assistance from HP... I can't get the scan feature to work. I have a G-5 PowerMac and am wireless. Is the wireless the problem?? :confused:

I am not a computer expert, but on my lexmark the instructions said that scan would not work on wireless.

Try hooking up direct and see if it will work
