I was pysically assaulted3 weeks ago by an ex work mate partner who was sacked for bulling an harassing me after a official investigation took place at work they waited 9 months to do this his wife is being charged with commen assault but he has got away scott free she would never had known me or the route I take to work had he not drove her there or pointed me out to her surely he can be charged with something i.e. aiding and abetting or something

Why is wife being charged if he did this ? But I don't see a question here?

He didn't attack me it was the wife but it was him that drove her there she wudnt no me from adam I certainly didn't no who she was they waited of in bushes in the dark as I was going to start my night shift job he pointed me out to her the police say hedidnt touch me so no charges will be bought against him

Its not a rant listen a man I worked with got sacked cause I put in a complaint of harassment against him 9 months later in a act of revenge him an his wife hid of in the bushes in the pitch black an she assaulted me although she is being charged he has got away scott free even though she don't drive has never seen me b4he drove her there pointed me out to her and stood back and blocked my only escape route and allowed this to take place my point being had he had not taken her there of pointed me out this would never have occurred I've baeen told he should be charged with incitment or aiding and abetting so why isn't he
