Find the source of the moisture inside of your home OR by a dehumidifier. Cooking, showers, lack of bath room and kitchen ventilation are the main problems in homes. If you have a crawl space that does not have a vapor barrier consider installing one.

A clothes dryer that is not vented outside can be a major problem.

Cooler nights allow the glass on the window to get cold causing the moisture to gather there. If you have older windows or any air leaks around those windows now is the time to fix that also.

There could be more reasons and I am sure others will help to answer your question.
