I would check the door switch first. Good luck
Hi, jonci22!
Yes, the door switch would probably be the first thing to check.
I recently had the same problem and found that I hadn't completely shut the door.
Thanks!
First of all, thanks for answering my question. Well I've come down (after trobleshooting switch and coupling) that it is the clucth. Why? Well I looked at the washer as it was entering the spin cycle and I realized that it sort of started to spin. Then I also noticed that the motor was on. So, I gave it a little spin for momentum and presto it spun. So, I suspect that it is not the motor or the transmission and that it might be the clutch. Where can I get the instructions for repairing the clutch? Please let me know.
Thanks
Hi again, jonci22!
What is the brand and model of your washing machine, please?
Thanks!
Kenmore 90 series 110-28932790
I found www.repair2000.com to be a great site for repair info and also parts. Good luck
