Wonderful! Why do you need to prepare the trial balance and the final accounts?

1. If it is for your study of the subject, then you should refer to some good text book. You will get the required knowledge and skill if you find time to visit Principles of Accounting

2. If you need it for your business please hire a good, qualified accountant

I am sure! You know how to use journal and ledgers.. that will help you to create trial balance.. later find the difference betweek factory expenses and office expenses..!

Balance sheet.. you need a little references on that.. N I am sure you are smart enough to gather it..!
