This morning I woke to find my sanitary pad covered in a clear fluid that looked gloopy and basically like clear snot. I've put a new pad in and there's still a lot in the new one. Have had a few braxton hicks this morning as well but they are not regular but more painful than when I've had them before. Every time I go to the loo the clear fluid is there. I also have gbs. Could this be the first signs I'm in labour?

How many weeks are you?

It sounds like you may have lost your mucous plug.
It could very well be the onset of labor and you also may be losing some amnionic fluid
A call to the doc is clearly called for.I would do that ASAP.
